Dear Parent Member

The AFC Waverton AGM was held on Thursday 13^th June in the Main Bar at The Cheshire County Sports Club, Plas Newton Lane, Chester CH2 1PR. 

Club Officers:

• Club Chairperson – Carl Broadhurst was re-elected.
• Club Vice Chairperson – Neil Thompson was re-elected.
• Club Welfare Officer – Sarah Phelps was re-elected.
• Club Secretary – Paul Hunter was re-elected.
• Club Treasurer – Ric Harris was re-elected.

Other Club Committee Members:

• Head of Girls Section (Girls Coordinator ) – Mike Worden was re-elected.
• Head of Mixed Section (Mixed Coordinator ) – Stuart Scheuber was elected into the role. The committee and club members send their thanks and support to Rob Stewart who has held the role previously but indicated a desire to step back at the end of the season. 

Non-Committee roles:

• Welfare Office (Open Age) – Paul Hunter will undertake this role.
• Mixed Section (Junior) Coordinator (supporting Head of Mixed Section) – Stuart Scheuber will undertake this role.
• Mixed Section (Youth) Coordinator (supporting Head of Mixed Section) – Mark Watts will undertake this role, assisting Stuart where needed.  
• Registration Coordinator (Mixed) – Sarah Steen will continue in role.
• Match Pitch Coordinator (Club) – Rob Stewart will continue in role.
• Training Pitch Coordinator (Club) – Carl Broadhurst will continue in role.
• Kit & Equipment (Club) – Carl Broadhurst will continue in role.
• Fundraising & Sponsorship Coordinator – this is currently a vacancy.
• Communications Officer – this is currently a vacancy.
